Refund Policy
The 30-day satisfaction guarantee
Read the workbook for thirty days. If it doesn't change how you see the year, write to hello@northstaralmanac.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund the full price to your original payment method.
No screenshots, no proof of reading required — we trust you. We ask only that you keep the file off the public internet after the refund; the license to use it ends when the refund clears.
If a file fails to deliver
If a file fails to arrive, arrives corrupted, or cannot be opened on a current version of any standard PDF reader, email hello@northstaralmanac.com with your order ID and we'll re-send the file for free. This stands beyond the 30-day window — a broken file is our problem, not yours.
If you bought the wrong sign
We'll exchange a Year-Ahead workbook for the correct sign if you email us within 14 days of purchase. Email hello@northstaralmanac.com with your order ID and the sign you intended to buy.
How refunds are processed
Refunds go to the original payment method (the card or wallet you bought with) via Stripe. The refund typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We don't hold any of your card data ourselves.
Preorders
The 2027 Year-Ahead is a preorder — you pay now, the file ships on or before January 1, 2027. Cancel any time before the file ships for a full refund.
Chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback. We've never refused a real refund request — and we resolve most issues faster than your bank does.
